60 Minute
A full hour session on the table or mat. This is recommended when you mainly want focus on one specific area.

90 Minute
A 90 minute can be the beginning of peeling back layers of tension and unraveling patterns of dysfunction. This is recommended when you have 1 or 2 areas you want addressed.

120 Minute
This is a great time for client and therapist to work together to unravel layers of tension and introduce new movement patterns. Also great for those overdue for bodywork or in need of “extra” me time.
What makes us different:
You will always receive the full treatment time (60 minute doesn’t mean 50 min. ) on the table or mat. In fact, I ask that all clients allow additional 30 min. to any session. This additional time is needed for thorough health intake, getting on and off table and treatment plan if needed.
I do not charge for the many extras, they are all part of the treatment. That may include heat, essential oils, arnica cream, advanced techniques, somatic movement instruction, etc.
